This weekend was one of my favorite weekends...THE POULTRY FESTIVAL! It is three days of fun and it is always hot! We kicked off the weekend with family night at the fest. We took Luke to ride the rides and he loved it! He is pretty fearless! Mom came into town on Friday and we laid low that night and my dad came into town Saturday morning. We took Luke to the parade Saturday morning and then looked at all the crafts. We didn't do much the rest of the day but then went down on Main St. later that night and listened to some great beach music! We had so much fun (aside from waiting out the rain in the fire department). We had some late nights but Luke really enjoyed himself this year!
Sunday night, the kids group at our church put on their final performance before the summer begins! It was a cowboy theme and the kids got to ride into the fellowship hall on their stick horses. It was so cute! I was so proud of Luke for saying his line and for singing so well! He loves to sing and dance! The kids put on a great performance and I was so proud of my little man!
