Happy Birthday Luke!

Two years ago today my life changed forever!  At 2:34 pm on January 31, 2008, I fell in love all over again with a 7 lb. 7 oz 21 in long baby boy!  It's hard to believe that 2 years have quickly come and gone!  He is the most amazing thing in my life and I couldn't feel more blessed! 

Luke is changing everyday  He is a whopping 32 lbs now and is finally putting 2 words together!   I never thought we'd get there!  He knows all of his colors and can count to 10 although, he leaves out the number 8!  He loves "Daydo" (Diego), "Melmo" (Elmo) and playing outside.  He loves to eat french fries, green peas, chicken nuggets and pretty much any veggie.  We're still working on the fruit!  He loves to talk on the phone and Skyping with aunt Jo-Jo!  He has begun to be interested in pottying but still won't tell us when he has to go.   We're taking it very slowly!

We celebrated Luke's 2nd birthday with family and friends last Saturday since daddy had drill this weekend.  It was so nice having a low key birthday party and not have to worry about feeding 100 people like we did for his 1st birthday!  Luke was definitely into his birthday this year!  We had been talking about it for a while and he is so proud to tell everyone he is two!
